Pneumatic V type ball control valve
As an advanced control valve with right angle rotary structure, the pneumatic V type ball control valve consists of piston type double action or single action pneumatic actuator and V-type valve structure; if it is used together with electric valve positioner, the proportional control can be realized, if it is used with solenoid valve and control box, the two way cut-off control can be realized. The valve core of V type ball valve is designed as special shaped V-notch, it has accurate flow characteristic and control function and can be used for controlling relative media, such as gas, liquid and solid graininess. Because there is no clearance rotation between the valve core and valve seat, it has great shearing force and self-cleaning performance, so it is especially suitable for the workplace of automation control system with solid particles and suspension containing fibrous or small solid particles.
