Pneumatic diaphragm sleeve control valve The pneumatic diaphragm sleeve control valve consists of new type pneumatic multi-spring diaphragm actuator and low flow resistance sleeve valve. It is new generation of universal control valve product based on IEC standards. It is suitable for the control system of production process with general fluid media and process conditions. Adopting the balanced core, it has the advantages of small unbalanced force, stable operation and allows large pressure difference. In addition, the valve core has large guide surface, which can improve the oscillation caused by eddy flow and impaction and can reduce damage. With the features of simple structure and convenient assembly, disassembly and maintenance, its noise has reduced about 10bd compared to ordinary single-seat control valve.
