The supplier has established an Application Training Center for electric actuator in Tianjin, in where, the specialized trainers are responsible for the related technical training of electric actuators, provide needed technical information during training and answer relevant questions of user raised in the training center. The training includes classroom lectures and practical performance, thus, all users can be ensured for correct operation and overall maintenance. |

Within the guarantee period, we ensure to replace or repair timely any defects and failures free of cost if only not caused by the abnormal operation of buyer's personnel. We are responsible for lifelong maintenance with only cost of components, free of service charges, protect user's investment, and provide the site installation and guidance. |

1. Supplier ensures the products offered by book of tender in accordance with national and industry standards (JB/T8219-1999). The quality management system is conformity with GB/T19001-2008 idt ISO9001: 2008. 2. Supplier ensures never to decrease the supplied equipment performance based on any factor for cause during the implementation of project. 3. Supplier ensures to supply relevant equipment and service according to requirements of technical specifications, guarantee the prompt delivery of spare parts and not higher than the contractual price. 4. Supplier ensures: if user find problem on site and ask for help, the personnel of supplier shall rush to the site within 24 - 72 hours for solving problem without other charges. 5. Supplier ensures the lifelong maintenance for the products out of guarantee period without service charge but only component cost. |
